There are two basic genres of Baby Yoda tweets at the moment, but everyone’s a fan.
If you’ve existed on social media since the Nov. 12 launch of Disney+, then you’ve seen The Mandalorian‘s most precious little spoiler pop up at some point. The Baby Yoda tweets are everywhere.
A bunch of them riff on Adult Yoda’s penchant for dispensing wisdom in his unusual syntax. We’ll call this the “What if Yoda advice, but baby” genre. Most come from the latest must-follow joke account.
We’ve got a whole, entire season of Baby Yoda moments in store (or so we hope), so expect plenty more action from Baby Yoda on Twitter.
The rest of the Baby Yoda tweets come from fans, and most of them are expressing their intense love for the cutest puppet Star Wars has ever known in the most dramatic fashion. It’s starting to feel like half the internet – at least! – would willingly die to keep Baby Yoda safe.
Me before starting the Mandalorian: I’ll watch it but I’m not really a big Star Wars fan so I won’t be invested in it.
Me 2 episodes in: I would literally die for that tiny Yoda-baby.

There are so many of these, you have no idea. Everyone is willing to die for baby Yoda. Even though we all know now that Baby Yoda is perfectly capable of dealing with life’s many curveballs.
