Don’t f**k with  , apparently!

If a new report is to be believed, it sure sounds like  ‘s wife means business when it comes to using that  name for branding, even despite the fact that Queen Elizabeth has supposedly forbidden the couple from referencing their now-estranged royal past! Prep the drama for Harry’s grandmama, because here we go!!!

According to DailyMail.com, Meghan is described as “defiant” in insisting on using the moniker, and the 38-year-old former Suits star’s friends are apparently talking all about the drama, dropping juicy tidbits in the aftermath of Megxit, and where the embattled young couple goes from here.

For one, someone in the American-born star’s inner circle claims Meghan “has no room in her life” for all this drama, saying (below):

“She says there’s nothing legally stopping her [from using the Sussex Royal name]. Using the name shouldn’t even be an issue in the first place and it’s not like they want to be in the business of selling T-shirts and pencils. Meghan said she’s done with the drama and has no room in her life for naysayers, and the same goes for Harry.”

Oooooh! Got the makings of a major family feud here, don’t we?! This attitude flies in the face of the monarch’s explicit order to Meghan and Harry, of course, which states they can not use the word “royal” in their branding from here on out, considering their departure from the family.

But that news just didn’t work for Meg, apparently. That same pal explained more about the complicated condition here, adding:

“The global projects they are working on speak for themselves and they chose that name to protect the royal name, not profit off of it. Meghan said the name of their brand pales in comparison to the foundation they are building and the enormously positive impact it will have on people and the environment. Meghan has told her inner circle that their success is inevitable with or without their current brand name. She said regardless of the name, Harry and Archie have royal blood and no one can take that away. And that as a family, they will always be considered royalty. She said they know what their true intentions are and that’s all that matters.”

Sounds intense!!!

Legal standing or not, though, are they ready to go up against the Queen of England over something like this?!

BTW, buried in this report about the branding issues surrounding Sussex Royal is an adorable quote about Master Archie. The insider reported all this drama stems from Meghan and Harry’s desire to give the world to their beloved son:

“They are creating a better world for Archie. And it’s Archie who keeps them focused on the big picture … Archie already has a big personality, like his daddy. He’s curious about every little thing and has the absolute, most adorable giggle. He’s just pure love and joy.”

Awwww! Now THAT is wonderful!

As for this whole branding issue… where do you stand on things here, Perezcious readers?! The Queen has forbidden them from using anything “royal” in their branding… and yet the insider is right, in that “royal” or not, pretty much everybody in the world knows where Meghan and Harry come from, and what their past history looks like, anyways. It’s their trademark!

Who will end up prevailing in this branding battle?! Sound OFF with your take on all this business drama in the comments (below)…
